We pray to the Almighty for assistance during this trying period, for resilience among the affected, and for His mercy upon those who have lost their lives."
A telegram directed to Mohamed Menfi, Chairman of the Presidential Council of Libya, conveys the following message: "I offer my profound condolences for the tragic aftermath of the hurricane and flooding in northeastern Libya. Kindly convey my sympathies and unwavering support to the families and acquaintances of those who lost their lives, and extend my wishes for a swift recovery to all those affected by these natural calamities. I stand in solidarity with you and the people of Libya, sharing in the sorrow of these losses."
