Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin extended his birthday congratulations to Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The message of congratulations was quoted in the official newspaper Neytralny Turkmenistan.
"In line with decisions made at the highest levels, our trade, economic, investment, scientific, technical, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation continues to grow steadily. We are successfully advancing joint projects in the fields of energy, industry, and transportation and logistics. I firmly believe that enhancing our multifaceted cooperation and creating favorable conditions for launching new joint initiatives align perfectly with the interests of both Russia and Turkmenistan," wrote Mishustin.
He warmly reminisced about his visit to Ashgabat in January. "I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the warm reception of the Russian delegation. I look forward to continuing our open and constructive dialogue. I wish you, dear Serdar Gurbangulyevich, good health, prosperity, and continued success in your important state endeavors," added the prime minister.
Berdimuhamedov celebrated his 42nd birthday on Friday.
