There is an interactive section containing information about the activities of the Russian armed forces to combat international terrorism in Syria and efforts to restore peace in the country on the website of the Ministry of Defense.
"On the official website of the Russian Defense Ministry there is a special interactive section "Mission in Syria", objectively informing about the activities of the armed forces of the Russian Federation to combat international terrorism and efforts to restore peaceful life in the Syrian Arab Republic," stated the Russian Defense Ministry.
The section consists of several thematic headings, describing the combat work of the aerospace forces, the activities of the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria and monitoring the movement of refugees.
In addition, the section presents maps of the humanitarian situation, information on ongoing humanitarian actions, assistance to Syrians in the restoration of social infrastructure, as well as the ability to view online broadcasts from cameras installed in the areas of refugee checkpoints.
Also, visitors will be able to receive information about violations of the hostilities cease by terrorist groups' militants.
