According to the press service of the RMC, the spiritual leader of Muslims of Russia is in the 123rd position.
The first place is given to 76-year-old mufti Muhammad Taki Usmani, an expert in Islamic jurisprudence Fiqh, economics, hadith studies and tasawwuf, the author of more than 60 books and scientific articles.
The second place is given to Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei - the rahbar of Iran since 1979.
