Bismillyakhir-rakhmanir-rakhim

Assalyam alleikum va rakhmatullakhi va barakyatukhu

Dear brothers and sisters!

On behalf of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan and personally from me I warmly congratulate you with coming and one of the most favorite Muslim holidays of Eid al-Fitr – Eid Festival!

In this holiday in all ends of the planet, festive takbir and takhmid will begin to sound, testifying for the whole world what an honor is for Muslims to serve Allah and His great religion. The good news will carry the joy that we adequately executed one of the greatest commands of Allah – Ramazan and, having filled with spirituality of this blessed month, we should come to mosques to render gratitude to Allah, having made a festive Muslim prayer. Yes, there will be a never-ending praise to Allah for the fact, that He gave us the chance to meet this sacred month and to plunge into its blessed spiritual atmosphere! At the same time, it is sad to us to say goodbye to Ramazan, being divine favor and brought us Allah's forgiveness. This sacred month with its populous taraweeh, with the closed ranks praying in mosques, from iftar and suhoor, with its meetings and spiritual conversations, forever will remain in our hearts.

Dear brothers in faith! In one of Hadiths it is said:

That is "Eid al-Fitr and Qur’an will intercede for the slave in the Doomsday. Eid al-Fitr will tell: "Allah! I deprived of him food and drink in a day, so allow me to intercede for him!" And Qur’an will tell: "Allah! I deprived of him a dream at night, so allow me to intercede for him!" — and their protection will be accepted".

I hope that to everyone, who is sincere in faith to Allah and for the sake of His contents, were held by Eid al-Fitr and stood nights in prayers, forgiveness will be granted. And now, we have to use the best efforts in order that, having celebrated Eid Festival with a sincere heart and the updated soul, not to return to former sins anymore and to keep all kind habits which were imparted to us by Ramadan in ourselves. I urge you to continue worship and after Eid al-Fitr, to remain obedient to Allah, to cultivate love to our religion in the children, to give alms to persons in need if there is a financial opportunity. Do not forget and repeat the words of our venerable prophet ﷺ: "Oh, Allah! You are forgiving and like to forgive, so forgive me my sins". This blessed day we have to be polite to seniors and indulgent to younger, visit the family, be reconciled and forgive, strengthen our brotherly bonds, by all means manage to give a fitr-sadaqah to persons in need before a prayer– these alms are paid for each family member. I wish everybody ease of Allah and His compassion, happiness in both worlds, a strong iman and an opportunity to work for the good of Islam.

Let Allah accept our Eid al-Fitr and all our good deals! Happy holiday! Amine.
