Terrorist groups in Afghanistan are actively relocating to the northern and eastern provinces bordering Tajikistan, Minister of Interior of Tajikistan Ramazon Rahimzoda said, speaking in Dushanbe at a high-level conference on international and regional cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
"At present, jihadist madrassas are being established in the territory of Afghanistan, especially in its northern provinces, and there is an active relocation of terrorist groups from the southern and eastern provinces to the north," Rahimzoda said.
