NATO needs to try to improve relations with Russia. This, speaking in Washington, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance Jens Stoltenberg said.
«We need to find the right balance between power - investing in military capabilities - and dialogue. Russia is our neighbour. Russia will not go anywhere, and we need to try to improve relations with Russia», he noted, in particular.
We recall, also speaking in Congress, Stoltenberg put in one row ISIL (banned in the Russian Federation), Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin. All of them, according to the NATO Secretary General, are the enemies of freedom.
