Early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan were held democratically and in accordance with the letter of the law, the head of the delegation from the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Chairwoman of the Committee on Science, Education and culture Lilia Gumerova stated - RIA "Novosti" writes.
"As for the procedure of openness, democratic organization, and strict adherence to the letter of the law, we note these at all polling stations", Gumerova said.
According to her, the election process took place in conditions of "very clear organization and coordinated work".
