At least 30 people were killed and more than 50 injured in a Friday prayer at a mosque in Pakistani Peshawar, Geo News TV reported citing police and rescue workers.
According to preliminary reports, the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber.
Rescue teams are evacuating the wounded to hospitals and are being assisted by locals who are transporting victims on motorcycles and cars.
A hospital spokesman told the channel that at least 10 wounded were in critical condition.
