The Gaza Strip's Ministry of Health has reported that the casualty count resulting from the shelling of Al-Ahli Hospital on October 17 reached 471 fatalities, along with over 340 individuals sustaining injuries.
"The largest and most ruthless assault conducted by the criminal Israeli occupation regime on Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital killed 471 people, with 28 individuals remaining in critical condition, and an additional 314 sustaining various injuries," the ministry reported in a statement posted on Facebook (banned in Russia, owned by Meta Corporation; recognized as extremist in Russia).
