Yerevan will observe the ceasefire in the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, as agreed in Washington on Sunday late at night, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Monday on his Facebook page.
"As it was agreed yesterday in Washington with US mediation, the Armenian side will observe a full ceasefire from 08:00 (07:00 Moscow time - TASS)," he said.
On Sunday night, the Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers agreed on a new ceasefire regime for humanitarian purposes in Nagorno-Karabakh through US mediation.
The situation around Nagorno-Karabakh escalated on September 27. Battles continued in the region, despite two previous ceasefire agreements.
