Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey will take place when the epidemiological situation and the schedules of the presidents of the two countries allow, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"This topic has been raised repeatedly during the last few contacts between Presidents Putin and Erdogan. We have a certain pause in the meetings of the intergovernmental commission and the highest body of our bilateral relations, which is headed by the two presidents," Peskov said. - "Mr. Erdogan said he would be happy to host all these events in Turkey. President Putin gratefully accepted the invitation. They have agreed that as soon as the epidemiological situation and schedules allow, he will definitely take advantage of this invitation."
