Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan discussed cooperation in the Eurasian space

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The main topic of discussion, according to the Kremlin's press service, was cooperation between the two countries in the Eurasian space, including the situation around the coronavirus pandemic and the fight against it.


"President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The discussion focused on the COVID-19 pandemic and measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus infection," the message reads.


The two leaders also touched upon topical matters of bilateral cooperation and collaboration within the framework of Eurasian integration associations.
