Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet in the first decade of January, RIA Novosti reports with reference to Ismail Safi, a member of the Turkish Presidency's Council of Security and Foreign Policies.
"Erdogan and Putin expressed readiness to meet in Turkey in the first ten days of January. The two leaders will discuss bilateral and regional relations, including the current situation in Syria and the S-400 supply," Safi said.
Earlier the official representative of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Putin and Erdogan plan to take part in the ceremony of the opening of the Turkish Stream. It will be held on January 8 in Istanbul.
