Prime Ministers of Russia and CIS countries discussed the situation with coronavirus

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin discussed the situation with coronavirus with the Prime Ministers of several CIS countries.


As reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers, during telephone talks with the heads of government of Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Mishustin stressed that the measures of the Russian side "comply with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, are caused by special circumstances and are only temporary".


The CIS heads of government agreed to maintain contacts on issues related to the threat of the further spread of new coronavirus infection.


The number of people infected with coronavirus in Russia has reached 95 people. In the world, more than 164 thousand people in more than 150 countries have been infected with the coronavirus, and more than 6.4 thousand died.
