Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Oleg Malginov as Russian Ambassador to Uzbekistan. A decree to this effect was published on Friday on the official portal of legal information.
By another decree, the President dismissed Vladimir Tyurdenev from this post.
Malginov previously served as head of the Department for Work with Compatriots Abroad of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
