The development of bilateral relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan fully meets the interests of the peoples of both countries and is in the course of ensuring security and stability in the Eurasian space. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his congratulatory telegram to President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of independence of the republic.
"Relations between our countries are developing in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance. We have established a meaningful political dialogue and constructive cooperation in various fields as well as effective cooperation within the EurAsEC, the CSTO and the SCO," said the Russian president in a telegram cited by the Kremlin press service on Tuesday.
Putin expressed confidence that through joint efforts Russia and Kyrgyzstan would continue to fully build up bilateral ties. "This fully meets the interests of our friendly peoples and is in the course of ensuring peace, security, and stability in the Eurasian space," the president stressed.
