Putin discussed promising joint projects with President of Uzbekistan

Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation with his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev discussed cooperation in the economy, including promising joint projects. This was reported by the Kremlin press service on Wednesday following the conversation.


"[The parties] touched on topical issues of trade and economic cooperation, including the implementation of promising joint projects," the statement said.


As noted, these topics will be discussed in detail during the upcoming December 1-2 meeting of the joint commission at the level of heads of governments of the two countries in Samarkand.
