During talks with his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Russian President Vladimir Putin warmly assessed the level of development of relations between the two countries.
Putin recalled that the fundamental treaty on good-neighborliness and alliance in the 21st century is about to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
"Truly, it has solidified as a robust foundation for the growth of our diverse and friendly relations—I would like to underscore this precise aspect of our connection: friendship," stated the Russian leader.
"The strategic partnership and allied relations between our countries are progressing with confidence and success, as the numbers clearly demonstrate," Putin concluded.
