Putin expressed his condolences to Erdogan in connection with the terrorist attack in Istanbul

Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences to Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the tragic aftermath of a terrorist attack in Istanbul. The telegram was published Monday on the Kremlin website.


"Dear Mr. President, please accept deep condolences in connection with the tragic consequences of the terrorist attack in Istanbul," the message reads. - "Please convey words of sincere sympathy and support to the families of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all those wounded."


Vladimir Putin reiterated his readiness for joint cooperation in the fight against terrorism. "We confirm our readiness for the closest cooperation with our Turkish partners in the fight against all forms and manifestations of terrorism," the telegram reads.
