Russian President Vladimir Putin has extended his congratulations to President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov on the occasion of the Republic's Independence Day. In his message, Putin acknowledged the positive advancement of collaboration between Moscow and Bishkek across multiple domains. The Russian leader's well-wishes were made public on the Kremlin's official website.
"Dear Sadyr Nurgozhoevich, please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national celebration of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan - Independence Day. The relationship between our countries is built upon the bedrock of strategic partnership and alliance. Our bilateral cooperation thrives across diverse spheres, and our constructive engagement extends to various multilateral frameworks including the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC), Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and others," Putin's message reads.
The Russian president conveyed his belief that the continued advancement of the multifaceted relationship between Russia and Kyrgyzstan aligns perfectly with the aspirations of the two nations' friendly populations. He emphasized that this progression "also contributes to bolstering security and stability across the Eurasian region."
Putin extended his well-wishes to Zhaparov, expressing hopes for his good health and success. He also extended his wishes for happiness and prosperity to all citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
On Thursday, Kyrgyzstan commemorates its national holiday - Independence Day. The Declaration of Independence of Kyrgyzstan was officially adopted on August 31, 1991.
