"The coronavirus pandemic is having a strong negative impact on all areas of life almost everywhere in the world: in the economy and the social sphere. People’s mobility has decreased, trade in goods and services has become more difficult, the global financial and raw materials markets have become highly volatile," Putin noted.
The Russian authorities, as Vladimir Putin recalled, allocate up to 1.2% of GDP to minimize the negative consequences of the pandemic.
If necessary, the EEU countries can also attract resources from the Eurasian Stabilization and Development Fund and the Eurasian Development Bank.
