Putin reminded the US of the fate of Yugoslavia, Iraq and Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin reminded the United States of the destruction of Yugoslavia without any rights to do so and the entry into Iraq and Syria, noting that the States "do whatever they want."

"Our partners, so to speak, the US, in previous years, ensuring ostensibly their interests and ostensibly their security, thousands of kilometers away from their national territory, did the toughest things without any sanction of the UN Security Council. Yugoslavia was bombed - for what reason? With the sanction of the Security Council? Where is Yugoslavia and where is the United States? They destroyed the country. Yes, there was an internal conflict, they had their own problems, but who gave them the right to strike a European capital? Nobody. They just decided so, and the satellites ran after them and kept "yapping", " Putin said at an expanded meeting of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Putin added that the US also went into Iraq, "destroyed the country and created a hotbed of international terrorism." "And then it turned out they were wrong. Then it turned out that 'our intelligence failed us.' Wow! Destroyed the country - the intelligence let us down. That's the whole explanation," said the president of the Russian Federation. "And how did they enter Syria, what, with the sanction of the Security Council? No. Whatever they want, that's what they do," Putin said.
