On April 24th-26th, the XI International Economic Summit "Russia - Islamic World: KAZANSUMMIT 2019" will be held in the capital of Tatarstan.
The event will take place within the framework of the Group of strategic vision "Russia-Islamic World", which is chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
This year the Summit will be attended by over 3,000 people - Representatives from more than 50 countries of the world, 30 regions of Russia and 25 diplomatic missions.
Among the honored guests are the member of the Royal family of Bahrain, the President of the High Council of the Kingdom of Bahrain on Islamic Affairs, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Khalifa; General Secretary of the Economic Cooperation Organization Dato’ Ku Jaafar Ku Shaari; Malaysia’s Minister for Enterprise Development, Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan bin Md Yusof; President of the World Halal Summit Yunus Ete and others.
The business program of the Summit includes 50 thematic sessions, a plenary session, intercountry business missions, etc.
Participants will address already traditional topics: halal lifestyle, Islamic finance and affiliate banking, as well as IT start-ups, export, business social responsibility and others.
Traditionally, among the cultural events of the Russia-Islamic World Summit will be held a Muslim fashion show "Modest Fashion Show".
In addition, for the third time the International exhibition of the Halal industry "Russia Halal Expo" will be held, within which 54 exhibitors will be presented.
