The number of citizens of Uzbekistan, coming to work in Russia, has increased four times in seven years, Russian Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said on Friday.
"Over the past seven years, the number of Uzbekistan citizens who come to work in Russia has increased fourfold," he said at an international investment forum in Tashkent.
"We very much appreciate that there are 3,000 companies with Russian capital working in Uzbekistan, and these companies are doing fine," he said. Reshetnikov added that 700 companies were opened last year.
