Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the ministers "compared notes" on the current issues of developing friendly Russain-Bahraini relations, as well as a number of other matters of mutual interest.
"They agreed to maintain a regular political dialogue and continue joint efforts to enhance business cooperation and promote cultural and humanitarian ties," the message reads.
