Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Russian Federation Ihab Nasr at the latter’s request.
During the conversation, the diplomats discussed topical issues of the Middle East agenda, focusing on the situation in Libya.
They also touched upon practical aspects of further strengthening the traditionally friendly Russian-Egyptian relations, including maintaining an active political dialogue on issues of mutual interest.
