Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Russian Federation Ihab Nasr, at the latter’s request.
"During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East and North Africa, with an emphasis on strengthening Russian-Egyptian cooperation in resolving conflict situations in the region," the message reads.
