Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Russian Federation Ihab Nasr at the latter's request.
During the talks, the parties discussed issues of improving coordination between Moscow and Cairo in the regional arena in order to facilitate the settlement of crisis in the Middle East and North Africa. They also focused on developments in Libya and Lebanon.
