In Bangkok on the sidelines of Russia-ASEAN meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a conversation with his Malaysian counterpart Saifuddin Abdullah.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the parties exchanged views on a wide range of topics on the bilateral agenda. The diplomats confirmed their mutual commitment to further enhancing Russian-Malaysian cooperation in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian spheres.
The coincidence of the approaches of the two countries to topical regional and global problems was noted as well.
