Russia and Saudi Arabia will discuss cooperation in the space industry

On April 17th, Mohammed bin Salman al Saud, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, will visit Moscow on a working visit. The central point of the program of the Saudi prince in Russia will be a meeting with the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, as it is outlined to its own source in the rocket and space industry, TASS news agency reports.

 

 

The sides will discuss issues of cooperation between the two states in the space industry.

 

 

In addition, the Prince Mohammed will visit a number of Russian space enterprises, as well as meet with the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.

 

 

We recall that Saudi Arabia announced the creation of a space agency at the end of last year. He was headed by the 62-year old grandson of the founder of Saudi Arabia, Sultan bin Salman bin Abdelaziz, known as the first astronaut in the Arab world.
