Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Russian Federation Riad Haddad, at the latter’s request.
During the conversation, the parties discussed preparations for the 12th meeting of the Permanent Russian-Syrian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, to be held in Moscow on December 23-25.
They also had an in-depth exchange of views on developments in Syria and the Middle East as a whole.
