Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with UN Deputy Secretary-General and Director-General of the UN Office in Geneva, Tatiana Valovaya.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the parties had a thorough exchange of views on topical issues of cooperation at the UN Office in the context of the work of the UN Conference on Disarmament and the implementation of the sustainable development Agenda for the period up to 2030.
Further steps to strengthen the UN cooperation with the Russian Federation and the Eurasian Economic Union were discussed as well.
