At the opening of the Dubai Airshow international exhibition, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan held talks. The main topic of discussion was cooperation between the two countries, in particular, in such areas as technology and production of equipment for the oil and gas sector, as well as civil aviation.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, there were talks about the preparation of a bilateral agreement in the field of aircraft certification to promote joint projects in the aviation industry.
The Dubai Airshow, which is attended by 1.2 thousand representatives of 63 countries, will last until November 21.
