Russia and Turkey are able to create a financial mechanism similar to the European INSTEX, which allows you to bypass the sanctions of the United States. Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif announced about this in an interview for RIA Novosti.
“A mechanism similar to INSTEX can be implemented with other countries, those who are interested in this, including Russia and Turkey,” the Head of Iranian Diplomacy mentioned.
It should be reminded, earlier about the registration of the joint mechanism of settlements with Iran INSTEX was declared by the Foreign Ministers of France, Germany and Great Britain. The payment mechanism will ensure the supply of drugs, medical equipment and agricultural products to Iran.
