Turkey Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalın met with Russia's Special Envoy to Syria Alexander Lavrentiev at the Presidential Palace Complex in Ankara.
The main topic to discuss was Syria, in particular, the preservation of the Idlib de-escalation agreement, the establishment of the Syrian Constitutional Committee, and the fight against terrorism throughout Syria.
Special attention was paid to the issues of political settlement within the framework of the territorial integrity of Syria.
The parties underlined the importance of maintaining cooperation on Syria between the two countries with trust and transparency.
