The delegation of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation and the Russian Muftis Council took part in the 25th Dubai International Exhibition Gulfood 2020. Miratorg holding, Resurs group of agricultural enterprises, Cherkizovo group, United confectioners group, Progress LLC ("Frutonyanya") were represented at the exhibition.
Expositions of Russian companies are presented with the support of the official partner of the International Center for "Halal" Standardization and Certification - the Russian Export Center.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, the Russian delegation met with Ahmed al-Mutairi, head of the GAC accreditation Center for the Gulf Arab States.
The parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation, noting the importance of joint work in the implementation of interstate plans to increase the export of Russian Halal products to the KSA, the UAE and other Gulf countries.
