Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of Lebanon to Russia, Chawki Bou Nassar, at his request.
The officials had a detailed discussion of the developments in Lebanon and the Middle East in general. "Some topical issues of further development of traditionally friendly Russian-Lebanese relations were also discussed," is stated at the Russian Foreign Ministry's website.
