A meeting between Russian and Turkish Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu began Thursday in Antalya, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in her Telegram channel.
"A meeting between the foreign ministers of Russia and Turkey has begun in Antalya," she informed.
The meeting is being held in a "tie-free" format.
Lavrov is attending a diplomatic forum in Antalya on Thursday. On the margins of the event, the Russian foreign minister is also scheduled to meet with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba with the participation of Cavusoglu.
