Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko has discussed with Advisor to the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Mehriddin Khairiddinov the issues related to labor migration and the citizens of Uzbekistan staying on the territory of Russia, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday.
"Particular attention was paid to issues related to labor migration and compliance with the rules of stay of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the territory of the Russian Federation," the Russian diplomatic office said.
The Russian foreign ministry added that the sides also discussed issues of bilateral cooperation.
