Russian Presidential Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and Oman's Ambassador to Moscow Hamood bin Salim Altowaiya met to discuss the ongoing situation in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone and the Red Sea area.
"The exchange of views focused on key Middle East agenda topics, particularly the situation in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone and the Red Sea waters," stated the Russian ministry of foreign affairs.
According to the diplomatic department, the parties also addressed current issues regarding "the progressive development of Russia-Oman cooperation across various sectors, including upcoming contacts at different levels."
