Today, Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Russia Rayed Khalid Krimly.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during the conversation the parties discussed the preparation for the upcoming visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Saudi Arabia in October this year, including the schedule of bilateral contacts between various ministries and departments.
The diplomats also touched upon the regional agenda, with an emphasis on the situation in Yemen and the Persian Gulf.
