Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko on Thursday at a meeting with Kazakhstan's ambassador to Moscow Yermek Kosherbayev discussed the situation around Ukraine, the Russian MFA said in a statement.
"Detailed assessments of the situation around Ukraine have been outlined from the Russian side," the ministry said.
The foreign ministry added that "they discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the context of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, as well as cooperation within the framework of regional and international associations".
