Russian EMERCOM to Deliver Additional 17.5 Tons of Humanitarian Aid for Gaza Strip Population

The Russian Emergencies Ministry is set to deliver an additional 17.5 tons of humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip. The agency's press service informed TASS that a special airplane has already departed for the town of El-Arish.

 

"A special Il-76 airplane from the Russian Emergency Ministry has been dispatched to the town of El-Arish. The aircraft will transport a humanitarian cargo weighing 17.5 tons, comprising food, medicines, blankets, and clothing. The humanitarian aid will be transferred to representatives of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, who will facilitate its delivery to the Gaza Strip," as outlined in the report.

 

To date, the Russian Emergencies Ministry's aviation has delivered over 315 tons of humanitarian goods to the region, including food, medicines, and essential supplies.
