Russian foreign Minister met with the President of Kazakhstan

During his official visit to Kazakhstan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with President of the Republic Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the Russian delegation told reporters.

 

 


Earlier, the Russian Foreign Minister held talks with his Kazakh counterpart Mukhtar Tleuberdi, during which the parties confirmed their intention to continue the course for the further development of relations between the two countries.

 

 


During the meeting, the Kazakh Foreign Minister said that Russia's relations are one of the priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic.

 

 


"The Russian vector of Kazakhstan's foreign policy remains a top priority. Kazakhstan highly appreciates the high level of relations between our countries. I am pleased to note the almost absence of unsolvable issues and closed topics between Kazakhstan and Russia. On current issues, we always find mutually acceptable, constructive solutions considering the interests of the two countries and our peoples", - Mukhtar Tleuberdi said in particular.
