Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Saudi Arabia in mid-October. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told RIA Novosti.
"In the middle of October", - he noted answering the corresponding question of the journalist.
The Deputy Foreign Minister stressed that the visit "will give an additional impetus to the strengthening of the traditionally friendly relations between the two peoples and countries, and also serve as greater coordination on the latest developments in the Middle East and the Persian Gulf".
Earlier it was reported that the visit of the head of the Russian state to Saudi Arabia is scheduled in October. Specific dates are not known yet.
