Moscow hosted a meeting of the board of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs "On the activities of the Diplomatic Academy" and "On the progress in the implementation of tasks following the Russia-Africa summit".
The press service of the Russian diplomatic department emphasized that the Russia-Africa Summit and Economic Forum held on October 23-24 last year in Sochi "gave a powerful impetus to the whole range of Russian-African cooperation".
“Interest in Russian culture, history, education”, the message reads in particular.
The first results of the implementation of the decisions of the Summit, as noted, were evaluated positively. The conference participants emphasized that new dynamic and consistent bindings should be set for all Council of Europe member states.
