The Islamic state terrorist group will try to disrupt the agreement concluded by the United States and the radical Afghan movement Taliban, Russian President's Special Representative for Afghanistan, Director of the second Asia Department of the Russian foreign Ministry Zamir Kabulov told RIA Novosti.

"They (ISIS fighters-ed.) will try to disrupt (the agreement), but ... the Americans with the Taliban took this into account. After all, even during the week of silence, there were several terrorist attacks, attacks, everyone understood that ISIL would try to disrupt and blame everything on the Taliban. But the Americans figured it out," the Agency quoted the diplomat as saying.

The signing ceremony of the agreement between the United States and the Taliban was held in Qatar on February 29. The document provides for the withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan in 14 months and the beginning of the inter-Afghan dialogue on March 10 after the deal on the exchange of prisoners.

ISIL and the Taliban are groups whose activities are banned in Russia.
