Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov received Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Rayed Khalid Krimly, of the Republic of Yemen Ahmed Salem Al-Wahishi and the United Arab Emirates Maadhad Hareb Al Khaili.
As noted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry, a meeting was held at the request of representatives of Muslim States.
During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on the current military-political and humanitarian situation in Yemen. At the same time, the necessity to implement the Stockholm agreement concluded following the inter-Yemeni talks in Sweden in December 2018, as well as the implementation of UN Security Council resolutions, was confirmed.
