The situation in Iran is stabilizing, there were no reports of Russians injured during the protest, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said during the briefing.
"We note that the situation is gradually returning to normal. And we have not received any reports of injured Russian citizens, at least at the moment," she said, in particular.
Large-scale protests swept the Republic after the decision of the authorities to raise fuel prices. In some cases, the demonstrations turned into riots. At the same time, it was reported about the victims among both the protesters and the police.
The Iranian authorities accused the United States and Israel of organizing the protests to undermine the country's security.
